Peter Yannopoulos holds a PhD in Marketing and Economics, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto, as well as an MA and BA in Economics from York University. He teaches courses in marketing, business strategy, and research methodology.

Previously, he was a Visiting Professor at McMaster University, and at Hellenic American University in Greece.

He is a reviewer many peer-reviewed business journals, including the Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Technovation, and Canadian Journal of Administrative Science.
