Dipanjan Chatterjee began teaching at Goodman School of Business in 2006. He holds a PhD in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA in management from Indian Institute of Technology, and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Bihar Institute of Technology. He teaches courses in information systems and database management.

Before his career in academics, Chatterjee was a senior executive at Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India (ICICI). During this time, he obtained his Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) designation. He has also been an instructor at Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

At Goodman, Chatterjee has been a member of the Undergraduate Program Committee, the MBA Program Committee, and Brock University Senate.
