Usman Raja began teaching at Goodman School of Business in 2009. He holds a PhD in Management from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, an MBA from International Islamic University, and a BSc Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan. He teaches courses in organizational behaviour and human resource management.

He has published in several top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, Human Relations, Leadership Quarterly, and the Journal of Business Ethics. He also regularly reviews for many top journals.

In 2018, Raja received the Goodman School of Business Distinguished Scholar Award.

RESEARCH AREA

Raja is interested in studying micro organizational behaviour, psychological contracts, personality, perceived organizational justice, stress, perceived organizational politics, and impression management.
