Kirsten Robertson is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the Goodman School of Business. She holds a PhD in Management and Organization Studies from Simon Fraser University.

Her research explores the social dynamics of work, with a focus on work meaningfulness, the work and non-work interface and workplace mistreatment. She has published her research in leading management journals, including the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

Dr. Robertson teaches courses in organizational behaviour, organization theory and human resources. She is an enthusiastic instructor who encourages critical thinking and integrates experiential methods into the classroom. Several of her experiential learning exercises have been published in peer-reviewed teaching journals, one of which won the Management Teaching Review Best Paper Award in 2017. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
