Huda Masood is a doctoral candidate, and a researcher at the School of Human Resource Management at York University, Toronto, ON. She is also a Student Relations Liaison at Canadian Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently, Huda is a part of an ongoing research project with Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council.
She studies the motivational determinants and consequences of proactive behaviors at work, organizational justice, and dark side of leadership. Huda has showcased her work at several North American conferences such as the Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, Midwest Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, and Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. Her work has also appeared in well-reputed scholarly outlets such as Career Development International, Advanced Management Journal, and Routledge Companion books. Huda has prior teaching experience at DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University.
