Dr. Gaudes’s research interests reside in specialization strategies of organizations and virtual methods of collaboration. Dr. Gaudes has authored papers published in peer-reviewed journals, books, and proceedings of national and international scholarly conferences, and has co-authored a textbook on management. He has also been recognized for his work by an array of fellowships, grants, and contracts. He has participated as a panelist at the joint spring meetings of the World Bank and IMF in Washington DC as a result of his research-related work in creating telework opportunities for vulnerable populations and people with disabilities in Central and South America.
