Dr. Adam M. Kanar is an Associate Professor and researcher in the Department of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, & Ethics at Brock University's Goodman School of Business. His work explores job search strategies, employee adaptability, and career development and has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Personnel Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Journal of Business Research.

He teaches undergraduate and MBA courses on management, leadership and organizational behavior.

He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Human Resource Studies from Cornell University.
