Jacqueline Glenney joined the Goodman School of Business in 2001. She earned her MBA in Marketing from McMaster University, BBA from Goodman School of Business, and BA in Psychology from Brock University. She has taught a variety of courses, including Principles of Business, Introduction to Marketing, Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, and Principles of Communication in the Business Environment.

Before her career in academics, Jacqueline worked in Store Management, Buying and Visual Merchandising for Northern Reflections, a division of Venator Group Inc. She is also an instructor for Goodman Group Professional Development (formerly CIMEE) at Goodman School of Business.

Jacqueline has been a judge for a number of business competitions, including the Dobson Case Competition, the Nicol Business Plan Competition, and the MBA (ISP) Business English and Skills Transition (BEST) Pitch Competition.
