Dr. Simon Suwanyangyuan joined the faculty at the Goodman School of Business in 2018. He received his PhD in Business Administration (Accounting) from Simon Fraser University, MS in Accounting from the University of Rochester and BAcc with an auditing concentration from Chulalongkorn University.

Prior to working in academia, Dr. Suwanyangyuan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Thailand) as an audit assistant, during which he obtained his CPA (Thailand) designation. He has also been an accounting lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and Simon Fraser University.

Dr. Suwanyangyuan has received The CPA Ontario Emerging Research Scholar, Goodman School of Business (2021 – 2023).
