Professor Ken Klassen joined the Goodman School of Business in 2002. He holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Calgary, an MBA in Operations Management from Wilfred Laurier University, and a BAdmin from Brock University. He teaches courses in operations and project management.

Klassen served as the Project Lead of the $24 million Goodman School of Business Building Addition and Renovation. He has also been a member of the BUFA Contract Action Team, the Timetabling Committee, the Tenure and Promotion Committee for the Faculty of Education, and the Undergraduate and MBA programming committees.

Klassen is also Chair of Niagara Life Centre Counselling, a non-profit low-fee counseling agency in the Niagara Region.
