Professor Ken Klassen joined the Goodman School of Business in 2002. He holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Calgary, an MBA in Operations Management from Wilfred Laurier University, and a BAdmin from Brock University. He also holds the professional designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) and teaches courses in operations and project management.

Klassen served as the Project Lead of the $24 million Goodman School of Business Building Addition and Renovation and as Project Lead for the renovation of the MCA 200 level, which resulted in the GSB Student Success Centre. He has also been Department Chair for FOIS, and a member of the BUFA Contract Action Team, the Timetabling Committee, the Tenure and Promotion Committee for the Faculty of Education, and the Undergraduate and MBA programming committees.
