Prospective Students
If you are a prospective student who has forgotten your password, type in the email address you used to create your account in the box below.
An email will be sent to that account and provide you with a temporary password for you to reset your password.
Current Students
If you are a current student experiencing login errors with your Brock Campus ID:
- Go to my.brocku.ca and log in there
- Click on 'My Profile' from the menu at the top
- Use the 'Change Password' utility on the left side to update your password
